Quantitative Analyst – Software Engineer

About the team

The Research & Alpha team brings quantitative researchers, software engineers and infrastructure specialists together around one goal: turning rigorous ideas into reliable systems. Small, multidisciplinary groups work closely from hypothesis through production, sharing ownership of performance, resilience and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Design, implement, and maintain software components for quantitative research and trading systems.
Collaborate with researchers to turn models into reliable production workflows.
Build tools for data analysis, simulation, monitoring and strategy evaluation.
Improve performance, resilience and clarity across research infrastructure.

Must-Have Qualifications

Proven professional experience in C++ development.
Excellent knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems and scripting.
Experience with asynchronous, high-performance, low-latency systems.
Knowledge of Matlab, Python, or R will be considered a plus.
Strong ability to solve complex technical problems with discipline and clarity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
Good teamwork skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Fulfilled military obligations for male applicants, where applicable.
